Background: I was born into a musical and artistic family and have embraced both like crazy. I took up piano lessons at age 7, joined choir and started making music on my yamaha keyboard. In high school I sang lead for a couple garage bands and after graduating I went solo and started dabbling in electronic genres. I gained quite a bit of marketing and promotion experience as a gigging musician and promoter.

In the meantime, I worked on my Associates Degree in Graphic Design and graduated in 2004. I also taught myself web design and have been designing like mad ever since. I also enjoy writing and have done a bit of copywriting for ads and press releases. I am also pretty versed on internet marketing, serach engine optimization and blogging.

My professional experience began with an internship at an assisted living company designing ads, collateral, billboards and brochures. After a couple years there I freelanced for an ad agency and eventually was offered a job with PunchStock (now owned by Getty Images). I worked within Ruby on Rails creating galleries, designing newsletters, brochures and web graphics. Around that time I began picking up more freelance work for some small businesses and artists and launched a record label, Belladonna Records. Currently, I am taking business and marketing classes at UW, working on projects for the label and spending time with my daughter, Chloe. I live in the moment, the future is wide open and as long as I'm creating art, design or music in some fashion, I am content.
